This is a historically important program in that it is the first gathering since the Anschluss, combining all of the finest chef's in both Germany and Austria.

It is The Greater Germany Show for the Culinary Arts/ Cuisine.

B├╝rgermeister Hermann Neubacher headed the exhibition with final over-sight by Seyss-Inquart.

It was held in the mega-huge Messeplatz in Vienna.

And note the date- (Sept 27- Oct 10), it is scheduled to compliment with the annual Nuremberg Rallies, so the top officials were personally invited and treated to the finest food in Europe ( less the genius of French sauces).

Program includes an actual photograph of some of Greater Germany's finest chef's and their staff entering the service entrance of the beautiful Messe Platz building in Vienna , and an official Reich postcard of the Messe Platz with official Messe Platz stamping on back(note the 25' Reichs Eagle on top of the building).

This program is actually like a softback book, with a perfect-bound spine, and is 6x8", 130-pages.

It is a very thoroughly covered program,
with great advertisements.
